Refund Policy

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with up to 3 conversions per day. No charges are made during the trial period.

You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. Simply cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.

If you're not satisfied with SynthScore for any reason, we offer a full refund if requested within 30 days of your initial purchase.

This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

• Your account email address
• Reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)
• Date of purchase

We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days.

After the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you experienced technical issues preventing normal use of the service, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a resolution.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time unless within the 30-day guarantee window.

Refund: A refund returns your payment. After a refund, your access is immediately revoked.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse of the refund policy, such as:

• Multiple subscription/refund cycles
• Excessive usage followed by refund requests
• Violations of our Terms of Service
